The Apple iPad base 16 GB will retail for £389 in the UK and it looks like it will be available closer to April rather than March.  The 32GB WiFi model will be available for £439 and the 64GB WiFi model will be available for £489 according to leaked info explained by Geeky Gadget.

It’s not a huge surprise that the Brits will have to shell out more for their IPad, just as they did the same for the iPhone and Macbook. The 16GB WiFi iPad will retail for $499 in the states which equates to £326 at todays exchange rate, the 32GB WiFi iPad is $599 in the US, which means £392, and the 64GB WiFi iPad is $699 in the US which works out as £457 using today’s exchange rate. While these prices aren’t set in stone, sources are pretty sure that these will be accurate price points come April.
